The thesis from the title: "The limits of the labor union of the administrative Judge on the provisions of the organs of sporting justice" it is incentrata on the subsisting relationships among two arrangements: the general or government arrangement and that special or sporting. The present thesis analyzes, therefore, the consequential problem list from such relationship and from the consequent conflict among the respective systems of justice: government (ordinary / administrative Judge) justice and sporting (sporting Judge) justice.
